The Top Graduate Employers for 2024  
The Top Graduate Employer rankings are the definitive guide to the best places to work for new graduates entering the workforce. The rankings are determined entirely from survey feedback gathered from graduates who have spent up to 12 months working with these organisations. The rankings are not based on popularity or money spent on marketing.

From 2024 onwards, programs have been ranked by size: Small (Less than 20 Graduates), Medium (21-70 Graduates) and Large (over 70 Graduates).
